Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in "as new" resalable condition including original packaging and all manuals & accessories. Software is returnable for same title exchange only. No refund will be given. A 25% restocking charge may be applied to any other return. SureNet reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued.
